Into The Sky 04:03
Distorted Illusions Feelings of control (Feelings of control) What we have created Destroys our freedom (Our freedom) Ask yourself Is what we receive Justifying what we’ve done Is it even enough Beg for the day It’s yours to reclaim Do with it what you will Facing the Sun Fire the gun Send off your spirit into the sky Contorted Delusions Movements of control (Movements of control) What we have created Destroys our freedom (Our freedom) What can you offer The seeker of wisdom If his time can’t be bought Beg for the day It’s yours to reclaim Do with it what you will Facing the Sun Fire the gun Send off your spirit into the sky Extorted solutions Fear of our control (Fear of our control) What we’ve been fabricating Will destroy our freedom (Our Freedom) Beg for the day It’s yours to reclaim Do with it what you will Facing the Sun Fire the gun Send off your spirit into the sky Into the sky

Frostbite 04:32
Winds howl through the cracks in my bones A hollow chamber where my heart used to be The frigid cold leaves me bitter and numb My soul's like stone, dead beneath the ice White snow, grey skies These frozen vessels won't sustain my life An empty, lifeless corpse is all that's left of me My one and only hope, taken away permanently Looking back to a time where there was life. Free like a bird, how time flies. Oh, how darkness overcame the light How our world is succumbing to frostbite. A stone will rise, and all will gather for the final words to be said. Snow falls from the cloud that followed me and left a shadow over my head.

Wide awake, in bed, pondering thoughts of what's going to happen next. What else can go wrong? Crippling thoughts spinning through my head. In a perfect world, I'd feel at peace. My darkest nightmares, spawn my dreams. Beyond the chaos, my clarity, in a perfect world. Terrified of dawn. All that I love, in a moment, it's all gone. Is this what life can bring? In this figment of time, can I salvage anything? In a perfect world, I'd feel at peace. My darkest nightmares spawn my dreams. Beyond the chaos, my clarity, in a perfect world.

She leaves a draft behind her when she turns her back on me, but the abandonment's what helps me rest comfortably. With every glare, it's like she sees the void within my soul. She reposesses every inch, suffocating when she lets go. Bound, by every bone. Each lash is a reminder that I'm not alone. Her grip around my neck relieves me from my breath A rush of ecstasy comes with the blood dripped down my chest. Her toxic touch, a necrotizing defect. I fall apart, crawling like an insect. In hindsight, I kept her away. That's all I had left that was keeping me sane. I found her. All she had to say, was to close my eyes, and give in to the pain. Now, come back to me. Home's where the heart is, I need reconstructive surgery. Grown attached to me, a silhouette of torture, shadows that will set me free. Her toxic touch, a necrotizing defect I fall apart, crawling like an insect. Corrosive touch, a necrotizing defect Back to the start, crawling like an insect. In hindsight, I kept her away. That's all I had left that was keeping me sane. I found her. All she had to say, was to close my eyes, and give in to the pain

The darkness surrounds me. A cold, dead night is so comforting when the fog rolls over the ones that we've put to rest. There is no warmth on the battlefield. The embers slowly burn out in this place. No sound as great as the cries of my enemies. No feeling quite like severing limbs of my adversaries. Yet, I long to ascend. I am still stuck here. Atmospheric mortis. No bi-frost to take me home. Maybe the day will never come. To die of old age is a curse. Do I not deserve my freedom? I welcome any challenge because what I'm looking for cannot be found. Where is my equal? The next warrior king. No sound as great as the cries of my enemies. No feeling quite like severing limbs of my adversaries. Yet I long to ascend. I am still stuck here. Atmospheric mortis.
